1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CSFC ("the Service"), operated at csfc.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CSFC is a platform that allows users to discover, join, and organise football events. The Service includes event booking, payment processing, in-app messaging, and event management tools.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Payments and Refunds
- Event payments are processed securely through Stripe or from your account balance
- If you leave an event more than 24 hours before its start time, you will receive a full refund to your account balance
- No refund is issued if you leave within 24 hours of the event start time
- If an event is cancelled by the organiser, all participants receive a full refund to their account balance
- Account balance credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Repeatedly join and leave events to manipulate the system
6. Event Participation
- You participate in football events at your own risk. CSFC is not responsible for injuries sustained during events.
- Event organisers may set rules for their events. Participants are expected to follow these rules.
- CSFC reserves the right to remove users from events or the platform for violations of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by CSFC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury during events.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at team@csfc.app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
